I was told that it was the choice of the liquor store's in Hays to be closed. It was passed to sell liqour on Sunday's in Ellis county because the city of Ellis sells it so there must be some truth in it.

Why don't they sell Bierocks like the ones from Knights of Colombus at the store??

Walgreens doesn't because its easier to not carry a liquor license and having to worry about under age clerks.

Something else Walgreens doesn't carry.
