Beond Closing

Beond obviously didn't have a good business plan that works (i.e. kept them in business and made a profit), why should any of us expect them to have a closing business plan?? Plus, I think they have multiple owners, so I am sure it hasn't been a straight forward, hey I'm closing up shop thing.

Something like this doesn't really surprise me, I have seen it happen a lot over the years..... a business opens up, they are hailed as the best thing since sliced bread, they blow smoke about how wonderful they are, then one day they just up and close, gone like a fart in the wind, probably leaving a bunch of bills unpaid to suppliers, utilities, employees etc while, as they were planning their close secretly, stuffing all the CASH they can in their pockets.

was told today that they have 33k PLUS in unused gift certificates out in the public.

yup and that the owner is trying to sell EVERYTHING but the bank wont allow it. I was able to get my massage today but I still have $100 in services that are due to me, the receptionist gave me the owners home and cell phone numbers to contact her.

I thought that was some La Barge girls from over near Damar, I was thinking they bought the academy of hair design also? Bad deal,...my cousins wife has some coupons out there tooo.

If the "owners" start up another salon or work elsewhere, I wouldn't go there. I know the weigel family. They like to be the top of everything, this is a low blow to their knees that knocked them out and I'm just laughing because of the way they treat people. It came back and bit them in the ass.

I saw their explorer at the shop this morning when I was leaving wally world. I'm sure they are trying to get as much stuff as possible out of that place without the banks knowing.

And no Kim is not a massage therapist. Kathy Thompson is, but I don't know if she still worked out there or if she ever got out of her part of the business.

An employee told me it was Kim Weigel and Rhonda Stultz (I think that is how you spell it.) Any idea who the other owner is?

Website lists just the 2 of them as owners.

I'm sure glad men don't feel a need to go to these places. Sounds like they all charge too much to begin with.

The actual partnership is Stults, Thompson & Weigel, L.L.C., so I was assuming Kathy Thompson, maybe she got out of the partnership at some point.

Which one used to run/work at Becky's on Hall? I thought one bought Becky's out and then had the customers.
