| There were quite a few accidents on bridges/overpasses this morning, and it wasn't that bad yet. Hwy 75 over the Kaw River (Kansas River), scares me. My husband just got back from a meeting in KC and he said the I-70 was still pretty good. Hopefully, it stays that way for your trip home. | |

Are ya'll jealous now? Not one damn bit. I do feel sorry for my relation in Wichita and Towanda. But not Merrill Teller. One year it snowed big here and he kept rubbing it in how we were so much colder than Wichita because of our snowpack. Enjoy it Merrill - jessks75 wrote:

I'm not taking him to work. I hope he doesn't get in too much trouble, but I'm not risking our lives for him to make 10-15 dollars today. Roads are icy up here and it's still coming down as freezing rain. I hope you can find a laundromat, NB, because I think you're stuck there for the duration.

That's what I told my husband. He said to take the kid to work anyway; he knows how they treat the roads. I say he's full of shit. Don't risk it. I couldn't keep up with the ice build up on my vehicle, with the defrost on high. Freezing rain is still coming down, here.
