| I enjoyed a rattle snake butt ham...it was delicious. The reptile was taken near Sharon Springs Kansas in the spring round up. I believe the girth was 6". Best with ore Ida french fries and crisp lettuce salad w/tomato n cucmber and lite ranch dressing. I believe Rattle snake is best cut from the butt. | |
