Makes you want to ban Walmart forever....not that I ever frequent that circus anyway.....

Such a sad story.

If any politicians used their pull to let this guy go long enough for her to see him, they need mentioned. We hear lots of "For the children" speeches from politicians, so I'd like to know if any of them did the right thing here.

Had I been president, or the governor in his state I'd have gotten on the line with prison authorities and told them to pull out and let some daylight hit their stupid heads. Making a man serve his time is one thing, but this was punishing a dying girl and denying her last wish by forbidding him to see her. It's a shame she was nearly gone before he was allowed to go, and it PO's me to no end.

That Walmart case sucked too.
