Western Sky isn't a credit card company. It's a legalized reservation loan shark. The Native American got alot of raw deals from the US, but I do get tired of our government trying to make up for the injustices of our great grandparents by allowing those who were screwed to take revenge on those of us who weren't even around more than a century ago.
