Zoning-What's going on?

Can anyone please explain the whole zoning thing to me. First they want to force it into the county and then they want to get rid of it. What's the deal?

It is rather odd, isn't it. When the people wanted a say in the matter, it was not allowed. Now that it has a considerable amount of conflict they want to put it to a non-binding vote. It seems that the people are using the zoning laws to protect themselves. Commissioners never saw that side of the coin when they pushed it through without most of the safeguards the their consultant suggested.

They are showing their intelligence again to the public.

They want to pay 5 million for a wing of the prior Hadley Hospital that cost the buyer 1/2 million to puchase the complete building. Plus they then would stick the taxpayers for an elaborate remodel rip off.

WE NEED NEW COMMISSIONERS AGAIN.
