Whats going in there??? New businesses coming to Hays

I thought it would help to have one thread for these.

At any rate, word on the street is that they are building an O'Rielly's Auto Parts in front of Westlake Hardware and something about a TGIF or a Buffalo Wild Wings out by Home Depot. Anyone know anything?

Buffalo Wild Wings is highly unlikely. Look at the financial, development and operation requirements to buy a franchise. *Buffalo Wild Wings link* The operations aspect shouldn't be a big deal, but I just don't see the financial aspect being met.

I think it would be a good add, though. I love their Caribbean Jerk sauce. Yum!

Im kind of glad, pretty burned out on eating establishments unless its Olive Garden and apparently thats never happening here. Also think we need another auto supply place like we all need a hole in the head.

I heard awhile back that Old Chicago was considering Hays, but they would probably balk at it now. The one in Lawrence is gone.
