Former "Growing Pains" actor found dead

I never watched that show or any of the movies that they say he was in, so I don't know who Andrew Koenig was, but I do know who his dad is. He played Chekov on "Star Trek."

They said Andrew had been depressed and urged others who are having trouble coping to seek help. Earlier they had said that he had seemed detached to his friends and had given away his belongings.

That last sentence tells you that suicide is near. Anytime someone seems out of sorts and suddenly starts giving away possessions it's a major red flag.

I'm sure "Boner" will be missed by the Chekov family.
