Subject: Accident on I-70 Sat Aug 01, 2009 11:28 am
Anyone know what happened? My parents live right by I-70 and my mom just called me said a van was on fire or something... Didn't have the scanner on so I missed the call out.

we heard the call and some of the radio traffic. from where I was north of hays a couple miles, the smoke was incredible. I had my video camera and shot a bit of tape as the worst of the smoke was rolling skyward. sounds like a coule folks there had inhaled some smoke and went to the hospital.
