| OMG. I have been looking all summer for a place. You can find some if money isn't an issue. Look in the nex-tech.com /classified. There are apartment buildings in the phone book. Do you know what she is looking for? Pets? 2.3.4 bdrms? Let us know. There is the 2 Professional Rental Properties (white pages?). and they have quite a few. GOOD LUCK!! | |

| she doesn't have any pets so that's not an issue. neither is the smoking thing. she would need at least 2 bedrooms....maybe 3 but i wouldn't think she needs anything bigger than that. thanks for the info | |

| actually it's not too great. i had a feeling it wouldn't be since fhsu just started back and most of the apartments were grabbed by students not living in the dorm. something will turn up though! | |

| This suggestion doesn't seem to popular whenever I bring it up... but I'd suggest that you call Schwaller & Assoc. I rented a house from them for four years and really have no complaints about them. Be warned- some of the places they had up for rent were REALLY nasty... but others were fine.
I paid the rent... they mowed the lawn and fixed the water heater one time. Never heard anything out of them otherwise.

Hays and he and his friends rent from Schwaller, too. They've had no complaints, and the neighbor is really impressed with how nice the place is, for the amount of rent paid.
