We'll be there, too! We're taking my 13-year-old son and two of his friends, and Oz is going to the "Girls Night Out" stuff before the game.

| We bought the fan appreciation package when we moved up here (That was the best 40 bucks we spent. it paid itself off quick!) and have been to SEVERAL games! We were at the game where DeJesus hit the walk off to win it. We were actually sitting right atop the bullpen! I'm excited for my pink hat this Thursday! | |

| not "dogging" on you crutch, but it shure seems like alot of people lately are trying to get rid of pets. why do people get pets and then don't think about the responsibility that comes with them and when it inconveiniences them they throw them away.how did you get too many pets??how does that happen without you okaying it?? i'm not trying to be rude at all i just don't get it,it pisses me off and the pets suffer.
i had to say somthing. | |

i had to say somthing. I have had the same thoughts wilky. A pet is a lifetime partner not a thing you get rid of when it is a inconvenience to you.

| slickjay12,you make a good point.hope you feel better. but if you don't know all the circumstances it's best to keep your opinions to yourself. when your down on your luck, such is the case and you have a family of 4 to take care of plus 6 pets choices have to be made. why should anyone suffer? hope your never in that position. hence the reason i'm looking for a home for my dog BECAUSE I CARE.....

| The best dog I ever had was a black lab mix, he was definitely my dog, he protected me from everyone and everything. If I could clone a dog over and over again, it would have been that dog. We moved from a two bedroom home with a large corner yard to a three bedroom mobile home with hardly any yard. My heart broke everytime he ran away to get his exercise, he always came home, but I would never know if he would get ran over or what could happen to him. I finally had the hubby take him to the pound and made sure that they got him on a farm, if not, we would take him back and find him a home. They found him a home, but I still cried for a week. | |

| SLUMBERGIRL, Thanks for the responce and sorry for your circumstance. not sure if tears will flow but will miss him dearly. It's the best I can do at this time. Thinking of my dog not myself. I's too bad that everyone seems to draw their own conclusion on choices other people make without asking why. I guess other people like the taste of their own foot in their mouth occasionally. Next time, whether it's me or someone else ask why,i'm sure you'll get an honest answer.AGAIN, THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONCE,GLAD SOMEONE ELSE UNDERSTANDS | |

| My old tomcat was just diagnosed with diabetes. Shots twice a day for life. Many have suggested various forms of execution, er uh, I mean "euthenizing", but I tell them he's mine and as such he's my responsibility. He's getting the shots. | |

| as i said in my post-it is not aimed particularly at you personally crutch, shit happens.but the bottom line is unless people can fully take responsibility for a pet they should not have them.sorry if i offended. | |

| My feeling too wilky. I am always amazed at some who will put a pet down they've had for many years just because it won't jump and run anymore like it was a puppy. I do understand looking for a good owner if someone has to move and "must" live in a place with no pets, but I've seen far too many taken to a shelter or even taken out and shot just because they no longer suit their owners wants. I may have to deal with alot of headaches, but nobody forced me to take those animals in. | |

| I guess some people hear what they want to hear, see what they want to see, read what they want to read and think what they want to think. no need to keep kicking someone when there already down. one day something just might come back and bite you on the ass, then you'll see just how many care about your situation. to all others who have written, domino is still with me and doing fine but still looking for a good home for him. END OF STORY | |

| Ive been in the situation where we got a dog, and she grew to be much bigger than we anticipated, and she was absolutely miserable where we were. We found her a good home, because she wasn't getting the quality of life she deserved because of our "cramped" situation. Crutch Ive been there and understand, and I think everyone else does too. Wilky was just simply stating that there are plenty of people out there who think animals and pets are disposable and don't take responsibility for them. I think it's great you are looking for a good home for Domino rather than just dropping him off at the Humane Society. | |

We aren't really bashing you, but the above statement does make us wonder why you had it to begin with. But I'm glad you're doing this rather than taking it to a shelter too.
