I haven't had Jack in the box in 4 F'N years since I moved from Phoenix and last weekend in Denver we went to jack's and my sourdough jack sucked,it was missing tomatoes-they pulled 'em.me was pissy!!!!!!

The truth is that it would be irresponsible of any restaurant to serve a tomato, or any other food, for that matter, unless they can be reasonably sure that it won't make people sick. There's also the American tendency to sue, and companies have a responsibility to their shareholders. If someone got sick after eating a Whopper, and Burger King knew of the danger, that person could end up owning BK.

I don't know abot Dillon's, but HyVee has locally grown tomatoes that have never been in question. Wal-Mart - who knows. Tomatoes might be shipped in from China like everything else they sell.

The FDA has said that the cherry tomatoes and the ones with the vines still on them are ok but Im still kind of leery about eating even those.

ok u.s. officials SAY the mexican people are processing safely.workers are wearing sterile clothing.but then they move here and they wipe their asses and throw the toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet.i don't buy it.
