The McDonalds with the play area is easy and cheap.

Outdoors in late afternoon might be good for a couple days but they are talking subzero temps next week. The Ellis Travel Plaza has that indoor play area with a DQ right beside it but no idea if they do parties.

The Mall Cinema does, so does Pizza Slut and I believe Precision Golf does too.
