well, hays could make a lot of power then when all the drunks in the bars piss all that beer out. makes me wonder..... does that mean we would get paid for our urine? it would be a commodity.....

But yeah, they could have quite a refinery in Hays, especially during the school year. Always lots of whiz kids at the college.
