| It's that time again. There are some places in Hays that will experience a power outage tonight at 11:00 and will last for 2 to 3 hours. | If you listened the the ads Midwest has been running on the radio, it is to upgrade and/or replace some more of the equipment that was damaged in the fire down on the South side of town by the choo choo tracks that caught fire a couple of summers ago. | |

| An area of from Eight street north to 20th and from Vine west to Main street. It will start around 11:00 and last for thre to four hours is what the ads said. | |
