Perhaps mommy should be told that good boys and girls don't look in someone elses windows. And if she's too stupid to realize someone might not be dressed at that hour of the morning I wouldn't want her walking my kid around in the dark.

It was stated that she was in front of the house. I'm presuming she was on the sidewalk.
They said his windows were open. The video showed the curtains drawn open.

I think it is natural to look towards a light when out on a walk after dark. Or in this case before light. I also question what she was doing out with a child at that hour. But much of the responsibility falls on the naked fool. Pull the freakin curtains shut. Problem prevented.

Simple fix he apparently wasn't smart enough to think of.

The man didn't live alone. Maybe he didn't know the curtain was open. I'd like to know why the cops thought he did it on purpose. Quite honestly I wouldn't expect a woman and a kid to be walking past my house at 5:30 in the morning. I'd be surprised if anyone was.

the version I heard said the woman and boy were walking thru his yard. thats trespassing.

according to his interview on the news, , he had been up at 5:30 to prep for a trip, then went back to bed. He was in bed when the police entered the house and yanked him out of bed.

Or maybe the woman is just a nosey bitch who needs a hobby besides looking in someone elses windows at 5:30 AM. Maybe she doesn't like the guy. We really don't know enough about the incident to excuse or accuse either side. My personal feeling on the matter is that he had no known history of flashing or sexual misconduct and it's very odd for women alone with 7 years olds to be out walking at 5:30 AM.
