Seven months after the arrest of seven Hays residents on federal drug trafficking charges, the final three defendants have made their pleas in the case.

I bet they see little or no jail time and drugs are just as available as ever. The arrests will have little or no impact on availability.

I think the ringleaders got 7 years in federal prison.
