The New Hampshire state legislature took an unbelievably bold step Monday by introducing a resolution to declare certain actions by the federal government to completely totally void and warning that certain future acts will be viewed as a “breach of peace” with the states themselves that risks “nullifying the Constitution.”

Yeah that will go real far, especially when the Federal Government cuts off their funding!

States rights are a tricky thing. On one hand the states should be able to write laws not specified as being delegated to the federal level and they should be able to counter unfair federal laws. But on the other hand it's entirely possible that a state could turn into a nightmare if it makes all it's own rules. It gets pretty complex.
