| My mom and dad and I attended the Soup'r' Bowl at the fairgrounds. It was great. Very crowded. Did any of you attend? I put my vote in for the cheesy broccoli and noodle. It was a close call for me. There was a meatball soup, a reuben soup, a black bean soup, which were all wonderful. I even had some harvest chili, vegetarian, and I'm a meat eater, but it was quite good. Anyway, just wondering if any of you folks attended. | |

I should have called my friend OrangeSherbet and given her a ride out to the fairgrounds. I think she would have enjoyed it.

| Hmmm, never knew it was going on. A guy I know probably attended. If it involves eats he's usually the vehicle parked closest to the door. | |

Lots of people, that's for sure, but their were so many entries that the wait wasn't too bad at all.

That sucks. I would not have been pleased. The Schenk building is cavernous. The biggest impediment was getting from one place to the other. But the wait at each station was quite reasonable. I was surprised at how many people were eating cherry pie. Soups were definitely the majority, but there was a lot of other stuff there you could buy. My mom and I had these small cheese cake cups. Wonderful! Worth every bit the buck a piece.

No, I don't know if it is scheduled, yet. I saw a classmate of ours a few days ago and she indicated that at least a couple other classmates are going to be working on it. Not sure if there's an actual plan, though.
