Let's not hijack this thread, this is not a NRA discusion, if you wish to discuss Mr. Heston's role in the NRA that is fine, but I am more interested in remembering the "Actor" side of his life.

Who can forget Planet of the Apes and Solient Green................

He was a great actor "and" gun rights advocate. Like other greats of Hollywood, he had his own style that no one could copy. I always thought he'd be one actor that I'd really like to meet.

I heard him speak at a Zig Zigler conference at the Wichita Coliseum quite a few years back. It was a great conference, many wonderful speakers there.
