There is a huge double standard when it comes to CS. At one point several years ago, she was found in contempt of court for failure to pay. It was my choice wether she sreved time. I chose not to because she had another child from a different man and did not want her daughter to go through having her mom in jail. Some fault lies on me for the delay.

Yet again, It was never about the $$. His mom was a druggie, but I'm not evil...

NOT TRUE!!! My ex husband owes me 63,000 + in back CS and he never holds a job long enough to be garnished. Ive been a female for at least 15 years now, and never got any CS faster believe me!!!!

Yeah they take their cut but when businesses have to collect sales tax for the state and send it to them , they don't get to keep a percentage to compensate them for their time and trouble. Hell the businesses even have to pay for postage to send it to them;. Government sucks !!!
