Helen Jones-Kelley, the Ohio official who used state computers on state time to check for dirt on Joe the Plumber, has been placed on paid leave by Gov. Ted Strickland, a fellow Democrat. So she's getting paid to not work. Sounds like she's the first to realize the messiah's dream.
