ARKANSAS CITY, Kan — The mayor of a Kansas town issued an apology Thursday for appearing as a drag-queen in blackface last weekend as part of a fundraising event, according to the local chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). I just want to know why it is ok for black people to make fun of and put down us whites(or in my case - person of germanic descent) but they get pissed off and throw a huge fit when whites do the same thing that they do to us.
