Route 67601.com Picnic, Saturday May 31, 2008

We are planning another get together for all members for Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Frontier Park. The best way to describe which shelter it is - when coming down Main St. you have to go up the little hill into the parking lot - it is on the south side of the dyke from where Oktoberfest is held. If you park by the big shelter with the playground equipment - go across the bridge to that shelter. Justoo might be able to explain it better. We will make some signs on the day so it will be easier to find.

I believe Justoo is going to be bringing a grill and burgers, but we will need to know an approximate headcount ahead of time. I would like anyone that plans on attending to please post here and let us know how many you plan on bringing, and what you would like to bring. Last year we had a pot luck type of bbq and it worked out very well. I believe we have the shelter reserved from 2-8 pm. BYOB, if you will be drinking alcohol please drink responsibly. All family welcome, kids and pets.

I hope to meet some new people and hang out with some great friends I have made here... hope you can attend!

Im coming with my two littles, and I am bringing a pasta salad of some kind! I might have my mom and one of my sisters with me as well!

I will attend as well can bring hot dogs or other such pinic foods. Open to all ideas

I know it will be buff and I, not sure about the kids...

we can bring buns/condiments/chips etc.

I am one hell of a hermit.................... and I just may make it out!!!!! will bring somthing deliciouso and the 2 kiddos!!!-maybe the man

you better bring them kiddos!!! IF i have to bring mine there better be many kiddos, even if you dont have any borrow some!!!

only reason mine wouldnt be there, would be because its not my weekend to have the kiddos

You are right. I should say I can bring somehting that does not require alot of time in kitchen

Well, how about some brats? I could bring charcoal. If it's cold, I could try and load up my parent's chimnea in the trunk of my Camry, unless my dad would let me borrow his pickup . . . if the piece of shit will start (Ford). It would be nice to get out on a weekend for a change; it has been a really long month.

I doubt its gonna be cold, but we can determine it more when the time comes. I think justoo was bringing his grill - brats would be great. BTW I have your other stuff in from Avon finally SciFi.
