Seems to me that they could airlift water, mre's and the Marines to insure they were distributed properly at the same time.

Followers of Islamic extremism or people who want to follow them back to Gitmo? Despite the conditions in Haiti, their population is very strongly committed to Roman Catholicism. The country is listed as 80 percent Catholic. They might take the terrorists and revive former President Jean-Bertrand Aristide's practice of hanging an old tire around a political enemy's neck and setting it on fire.

well its unlikely they would become islamic jihadi's but many of their countries problems are related to US foreign policies as well as world bank and imf issues....
