It says there's a lack of hard walking surfaces. What, no natural asphalt or concrete tracks like they run on in the wild? Seems to me anything an elephant walks on will become hardpack in time.

It sounds to me like there are some credibility issues with the group who puts the list together... depends on how you look at it I guess.
