Massage in Hace

I fell about 2 weeks ago on my right knee. I tripped on a cat going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. My knee swelled pretty good after but went down after about 2 days. Now I have an issue. My whole right leg from the knee down is swollen. I have some pain in the leg but not bad. My DR has checked my leg for a blood clot and have not found any. So now she recommends a massage on the leg to stimulate the lymph flow too see if that will help. So now I need to find a good masseuse(sp?) So let me hear from the ones who have been rubbed the right way and the name of the rubber!!

Diet is important also. The lymph system just cleans the blood like a filter. I would say you broke the gristle(cartilage) loose and this as caused the swelling because you body thinks something is wrong. Massage is good. I do it to my legs daily to keep them from rotting off. When my sugar gors up my blood becomes a glaze circulating through my body and vital organs. I only wish I had a massage person. Finally , you have heard it before, "You are what you eat"

I second Heavenly Bodies. I have gone there for about 5 years. They both do a good job.

I've always heard that a hand-rubbed oil finish enhances the natural color and warmth of wood.

Oh you know when SAC does those massages it leads to happy endings for both parties. Its time to get the sandbags out because the flood waters will come when she's done.
