It is,im freezing

It's up to 43°F already. Gonna be a nice day.

Whats wrong with the a/c ?

the other day the guy had to replace the fan motor on the outside condensing unit and put a hard start on it. Now the fan runs but its not cooling which means the compressor is shot. Tried all day yesterday and got no response from the company.... so we are dealing with it by opening the whole house and have all the fans we own going.

not having a/c sucks!!!!!!!!! im going through it too.........i too have problems with my fan outside, if it doesnt run, it frezzes, it freakin sucks............did i say it sucks!!!!!
i can give some names of people NOT TO CALL!!! I have spent over 500.00 to fix mine!!!!

I dont have control, since I don't own the house - and I cant afford to pay for it. I am at the mercy of the park.

I am also having trouble with a/c havnt had it all summer, tested the fan capacitor and it tested just fine, heard someone say once that a person could test out the fan motor just by using an extinsion cord but don't remeber what wires he said to hook up to it. trying to fix the thing myself before i get racked over the coals by repairshops.
