Heating/Air recs?

We've got to replace our heating/air system. Any rec's of people to use? I've called a few for estimates, but I think I'm afraid to see the bids!! Crying or Very sad

Yeah, I've got quotes from Schubert, Glassman, Auman and Werth. Just wondered if anybody had any personal experience with any of them...

Cheapest isnt necessarily the best. You get what you pay for.

I know a private heating and air guy that is very good and probably cheaper than all of those.

Thanks to everybody who sent me pms about different people. I really appreciate it, and sorry I didn't pm everyone back...but there were a bunch!

We want to go with a company, though. We have had really bad luck in the past with independent people, which doesn't mean all of them are like that, I know. But it's just aggrevation that we don't need. Plus Mr. Nosy wants the same people to install that we buy from, and we may do some sort of financing. It just seems easier to do a company.
