No- Jesus didn't look like that at all. I've seen his fossil. Right there in Hays.

And about that Jesus Fossil there in Hays: This is on display in front of the university. See, Kansas used to be covered by a shallow inland sea- which is why there are so many fossils to be found around here (I'm told). Well, the theory is that Jesus went for a walk across the Sea of Kansas one day, but tripped on a white-cap and fell in. He was preserved in the sediment on the bottom, which formed into the slab of limestone you see here. Some guy found the slab in his pasture, and folks form the Ft. Hays Anthropology dept. came and chiseled Jesus out. If you look closely, it appears that Jesus was carrying his lunch with him:
