| I need to find someone to perform a marriage ceremony, not at a church, not at the court house. Nothing against churches or the court house, but we have a place reserved and figure it would be better to have the ceremony and dinner in one place. I don't know where to start looking, so any advice would be much appreciated. | |

| There was someone who posted on the "old" site who said he was able to do weddings. I don't remember his name, though. | |

| Yes, he did say he caould do it, but we're loking for someone a little more traditional. My mom and sis are coming out here from California, and they're not as open to things as I am, if it were up to me I'd have him do it, but my mom would have a stroke if I allowed an atheist, tatooed, pierced guy, marry me. Well, now that I think about it, it doesnt sound that bad, JUST KIDDING!!!!! Kinda. | |

| Modesto CA????? I'm from Merced Ca. I don't care about being atheist, I consider myself agnostic, anyhow, I would love to maybe meet with you and maybe get something worked out. The wedding will be on June 12th, it's a Thursday, at the Rose Garden. Saturday was booked and my sister will only be here for a week, and I was not going to get married on Friday the 13th, lol. | |

| I was at a wedding a few weeks ago at the Fox and they had a local minister by the name of Steve Dinkel. I think he was from Hays but I am not sure if he is affiliated with a church. He was a pretty easy going friendly guy to be around. | |

| When my dad got married (the 2nd time) he and his wife had a judge at thier house in the living room. I think it cost 50 bucks. (I reminded them to turn off the TV!) | |

Oh, if you're wanting traditional don't bother asking, lol... I've told my friends that I'm marrying in July that their ceremony will consist of: "Do you? Do you? Kiss her."

"Do you? Do you? Kiss her." Sorry, I hope you weren't offended, if it were up to me and Supersteve, we'd have you come tonight and marry us in the living room, but "mega-bitch" (thats my mother, she's had that nickname since I was a kid) has decided to come out here for two weeks and she and I don't speak as it is, so the last thing I feel like hearing is BS from her about my getting married, or the "ceremony" or anything. She's just one of those people, ya' know? I'm sorry again if you were offended.
