| Does anybody know who owns it? If so, I have a few choice words I'd like to share about the only 24 hour laundromat in town... was in there tonight, and there were 4 dryers with the coin things stuck in, so that's 4 dryers not able to be used... 4 others were listed as out of order. On at least 3 there was either no lint trap or the lint trap guard was missing. so 11 washers out of the 20 or so that are there are in a non functioning state.
This is clearly unacceptable.
If there was another place I could do my laundry at a time that is convenient for me I would go there and you would no longer get my business. The least you could do is at least make an attempt to keep shit working there.

| something I just noticed while picking up my laundry...
A dryer has a message written on it in permanant marker: Lint Trap Broken 3/2/08. Two months that note has been there, and I know that particular dryer had a broken lint trap for at least the month prior to the note being left... so at least 3 months w/o it being repaired.
There's a sign there stating that Tiger Mat is not responsible for damages to clothing. Apparently they're not responsible for upkeep of their equipment either.

| nope, no number posted anywhere... but there is a sign stating that its under video surveillance... well, at least the greaser washers and dryers are, anything else its a tossup... next time I have to do laundry I'll try both places if they're open...
I know they go in there at least occassionally because the trash sometimes gets emptied and the newspapers that are lying around do change from month to month... however, any cleaning for the place is an afterthought, its always in terrible condition...

| I'm about 90% certain that's owned by the same people as the liquor store next door. | |

I don't think that they are owned by the same person actually. I can remember who owns the liquor store, but I'm not sure about the laundry. Let me think on it awhile. Is it listed in the phonebook or anything??? Like an office number you can call?

| Call 625-1011 (police administration) and ask if they have a contact name and number for that business. Perhaps they can help. | |

| go to the campus laundry in wooster apartments, if the place is locked up late at night just flag down a campus cop and ask if it is alright to be let in to do laundry, back when my washer conked out i tried all the laundry mats in town and found out that the wooster place mat was cheaper and cleaner. always thought it was for students. probably realy is for students, but some folks don't care as long as there is money being spent. but it is worth a shot. only complaint i had was on party nights some people would put the clothes in and go get drunk and forget that they had laundry in the machines | |

| It is just for students. However, the owners of El Charro told me a few weeks back that their laundry machines are for public use and that they are cheaper. | |
