Just to be clear- Phelps isn't on the FHSU payroll,- but apparently some state agency does pay him... Where did you find it? I clicked around a bit, but couldn't find him.

Yes, he worked for DOC some years ago. He might still.
I know that some of Fred's kids are estranged... but I don't THINK that's the case with Fred Jr.
I do have it on good authority, though, that the guy is every bit as likable as his Dad.
