Right now I have a sister who wants it pretty badly, But I'll keep everyone in mind who's looking. I'm still in the process of making it livable. Other responsibilities and unexpected setbacks have slowed my progress.

Thanks, not sure what all will happen since I have several things needing done besides the house. And clean up and repair were part of the deal my sis and her man agreed to in return for a couple months free rent.

Work got put on hold yesterday. 108 was too warm for a project outdoors after spending last week working in the heat and another hot one coming this next week. Avoiding heat exhaustion and being able to do the job that pays the bills comes first.

I will be looking at renting a two bedroom before the end of the year. I have heard that Schwaller allows pets...

Schwaller also does a credit check and make it out to be worse
than it is and even makes up things from the criedit report. They
also don't let you explain why it's on the credit report, like I didn't
have the money to get a Lawyer to fight the thing on the credit
report. I'm screwed blue and should be tatooed. I don't want to
rent from tyhem any ways. I found a really nice place, a basement
apt on the north side of town.
