There could be multiple rapes and a murder and you would have to read about it in the Wakeeney paper. I don't expect to see actual news from the HDN

HDN is hit and miss. I've seen good reporting, and I've seen them put fluff on the front page, or overemphasize issues that shouldn't be, and then overlook serious local news. But blowing small stuff out of proportion and feel good fluff seems to be common news practice nowdays. My biggest issue with them is misquotes, but I suppose that's common when reporters scratch down notes instead of using recorders for interviews.
