Anyone have an idea on a electrician??

Just wondering if any liscensed electricians around here do side jobs AND if the electricians around here all cost ABOUT the same.Thanks!

haha,that's my old man~he started wiring the basement but does not feel comfortable doing it~he wants to pay so we don't burn up because of him


I guess anybody who knows about wiring electric could help us and get paid since the liscenced guy has to come in and check the work before it's hooked up.

I have always done my own even hook extra circuits up to the box but I refuse to do any electrical work for others.....the liability isn't worth it, but I do trust my own work and if I have any second guesses on my work I have an electricion friend that is always willing to double check it.

oh yeah and screw the city they don't need to know a dang thing that goes on in a persons house it is just a scam to get more fees imposed....starting to sound like that stack guy if i say so myself

Zeke, there's no problem with doing your own wiring. I do simple stuff myself, but if I'm not sure I get the guy with the license so there's no questions from insurance if something goes wrong.

Same job as last year...lol............new house(well 1 yr old),new basement,2 bedrooms are framed but to finish them we need wires run,like about 16 outlets a few light fixtures and light switches and a radiant floor heater thermostat hooked to electric.
