MP, PTA chairman threaten each other with witchcraft

Trouble started when Mweemba reported to Mazabuka district commissioner, Tyson Hamaamba that the relationship between the PTA and teachers was bad and that the PTA executive was too lazy and did not cooperate with stakeholders.
But Simalambo hit back at Mweemba and warned him that he was capable of mankuma, a traditional medicine administered to obtain extra strength during a physical fight.

Mweemba observed that the school administration would be forced to conduct lessons under the trees unless the retired teachers were paid their dues to create room for teachers who had since occupied classrooms that had not been damaged by rains.
