the shed(our neighbor's)blew off,landed on back of another neighbor's house then flew up into the air broke off 1/2 of the tree and a piece of it broke the window down the street,and my doghouse blew apart and some vinyl came off ours-it was all around us.

Had a similar size branch come down in the street.

Lightening struck the neighbors driveway. It was rather scary... 200 ft from our house. It blew a huge chunk of concrete out.

I always found the rumble of thunder to be comforting. But I always thought Halloween was the coolest holiday too. There's a Halloween website where a storm cloud flashes in the background while thunder rumbles. It seems soothing.

I like thunder, too. As long as the source is more than 100' away.

Yeah, no direct hits. Just a rumble and harmless flashes.

This is both on and off topic. It's the thunder site, I just like to watch and listen to it. And since Halloween is approaching.....

What a great site!. Geez those props are expensive. I couldn't find the thunder link . . . probably just I being obtuse. Hey Ratz, have you watched "Dark Shadows?" I used to love that show as a kid, and still do. The SciFi channel (yeah baby!!!) aired it in the late '90's, two shows back to back. I used to tape them and watch them when I came home from work.

I like the "Zombie Ground Lurker." It's the closest I saw to a zombie crawling out of his grave. That would be the best. It's also a great Sam Kinison bit.

The thunder and lightning is part of the page background. I like alot of what's on that site, but I only look for inspiration to make things because several hundred or thousand $$ for a prop is kinda steep for me.
