Woman Accused of Using Liquid Soap Chaser Before Trying to Bite Flight Crew

BANGOR, Maine — A
British woman allegedly had an in-flight meal of prescription drugs,
wine and liquid soap — before trying to bite the crew of a London-bound
jetliner.
Galina Rusanova punched and kicked flight attendants on the
Chicago-based United Airlines flight after downing two or three bottles
of wine, prescription drugs and liquid soap from the jet's lavatory,
prosecutors said.

As the scuffle escalated, Rusanova snapped "like a dog" while trying to bite an attendant, prosecutors said.

The FBI said the Russian-born London resident had gone to Los
Angeles to visit a man she met over the Internet and was returning
Wednesday when her flight was diverted to Bangor.

Rusanova appeared in U.S. District Court for a detention hearing
there Monday, where she's charged with assault and interference with a
flight crew.

No one answered the phone at defense lawyer Matthew Erickson's office.

So what's the story here? She was in California and it sounds like she could mingle with the big names in movies and music and go unnoticed.

What might be acceptable in California is a social faux pas in Bangor Maine airspace.

Ahh yes, but had she been caught in a suspicious act with a moose.....

...she would have been shipped to Alaska. To do government work.

Soap just don't mix with prescription drugs, when will the "Kids" learn...

When I was in high school soapers were something different than what she did.
