I miss him, too. I know trolls are kinda abrasive... but without them, a forum stagnates and dies by attrition. I've seen it before and I'll see it again.

I thought about emailing Mike so I can hold his hand and help him set up a proxy server. But I'm not that ambitious. If he truly deserves this recent infamy... he'll figure it out.
