http://www.kwch.com/global/story.asp?s=9829306 Is it legal for these individuals addresses be listed? I would be pissed if that was me. I can understand the business address but the persons home address also????

I don't know about it being illegal, but it seems quite odd, to me.

Apparently they were convicted and this information becomes part of the public record. It may be legal, but I don't consider it ethical.
If a parent of a teen that smokes got all irrational and wanted some one to blame for the kids poor judgement...
