Bush twins do good

Sasha and Malia, we were seven when our beloved grandfather was sworn in as the 41st President of the United States. We stood proudly on the platform, our tiny hands icicles, as we lived history. We listened intently to the words spoken on Inauguration Day service, duty, honor. But being seven, we didn't quite understand the gravity of the position our Grandfather was committing to. We watched as the bands marched by -- the red, white, and blue streamers welcoming us to a new role: the family members of a President.

Letter to Obama Kids

Nice gesture, but according to Obamas Inaugural minister we evil white folk will probably be making them Obama girls live in a special shack out back. No water, no electricity, not even shingles so us white folk can enjoy watching cold rain soak their burlap bags we give them for blankets. No Christmas in the White House either. It's week old chitlins and moldy grits on Christmas day for them. If they're very very lucky maybe we'll let them gnaw on the gristle from our holiday turkey bones.

Oh what the hell. On Christmas day they can split a can of Alpo and a piece of bread without any mold on it. We white devils do have a soft side.

So far, I believe everyone on the other side is treating the messiah a lot better than Bush was treated. I remember the people who must have had arthritis waving to him during his 2001 inaugural parade. Their condition was so bad that they could only hold up a single middle finger when waving. Not to memtion the low-rent trash who booed him when he arrived on the platform yesterday.

Funny you were not saying that when Bush was President. Bush's approval rating at exit was about 23%. According to your logic, 77% of Americans should have left the country. What happened there?

On this subject, I don't recall saying I do or don't support Obama. If he fools everyone and does honor to his oath to uphold the laws of the Constitution I would gladly support him, because no president in recent time has done that. I suspect he's a socialist/totalitarian but he's not been fully tested.

Now as to your willingness to support those leaders you see as corrupt. Does this mean no crime is great enough? Would you support a president who followed the ideals of Stalin or Hitler?
