BUSHY WANTS GATE

Just like his father, President George W. Bush will return to Texas when he leaves office.

Federal money would pay for a gate near the Bushes' home, says Dallas City Manager Mary Suhm. And just like his father, he wants a gate to be installed along a public street to limit access to his neighborhood.

I'm one of the heartiest Bush-bashers around but I'm not sure anyone deserves that fate. Anyway, he is the wrong color for the first and wrong gender for the second.

They should have just given us the money. Most of us already owe it to the banks anyway,

It'd sure stimulate the economy more if they gave it to those who'd spend it rather than those who don't need it.
