My computer says it's 5-degrees outside. Good grief.

weather.com says 7 degrees

I'm such a wimpy mom. I hate the thought of my kids standing outside the school building, in the cold wind. It's -10 wind chill right now, in tiny town. I know... we survived it, so can they.

5 in Russell feels like -23

heating blanket is on......oooooo yeah........

It's a balmy 8 degrees here in Wichita. Wind chill -14.

Lawrence is at 7 right now, but the windchill is just -5. It was a lot more windy earlier when it was snowing. It totaled less than an inch, just enough to make going outside miserable.

I can remember when it got even colder than this before christmas. They cancelled school one morning because they didn't want the buses going out when it was -25 outside. It was one cold bitch that morning.

My tempeature is 98 degrees, not with .6 either.
