| I,,m having a time with this Medicare prescription Plan. I go to the site and fill out all I can. Just not getting anywhere with it. Is there somewhere I can go where they can help me understand? | |

| Go here: http://www.medicare.gov/MPDPF/Public/Include/DataSection/Questions/MPDPFIntro.aspI had Walgreens do mine and the plans they recommended were horribly expensive on co-pay. When I got home and searched on the computer, I found that the medicare.gov site had a much better place to put in your information and I found a plan I could live with. I was in TEARS prior to finding that site because I was sure I wouldn't be able to afford my pain meds and would just have to try to live without them. | |

| More than likely the plans Walgreens recommended had higher copays because they have better coverage. Alot of the plans that have smaller copays have much lesser coverage. Most pharmacies around town will give you the best information they have on plans. Walgreens sends people to classes on Medicare part D. Having dealt with this all the year it all started, you have to take in to account a LOT of different aspects before chosing a plan. Take the advice your pharmacist gives you, they are trained to help you. | |

| I have been with AARP for a year. So far so good. They paid allot this year. I have no idea what I would do without them. My Kidney meds and diuretics are crazy expensive. One new twist this year is that I have to send in $3.60 a month. It is beyond confusing...I relied on my pharmacist. So very thankful for the help. | |

| Alg8tr, who is your pharmacist? I have lung meds. like Advair, Spiriva, ect. Does it depend on your meds? I asked my pharmacist the Medical Pavillion.and she didn't give me much information! Do you have to pay a lot out? | |

| I am diabled and have help from the SRS also. And a gap insurance. Only when things aren't prescribed do I get hit real hard. I deal at Wal greens. They have always been pretty good about telling me what I need to know. Bill Kamberlien at Dillons told me allot too. Have you looked at the AARP plans? So sorry that it is completely confusing. It takes some real research. I know I have had good coverage...I was looking and last year AARP paid $12,000 through medicare. I would be dead without it. | |
