| We live in the Lincoln school area. About 2:45 this afternoon, BLAM!! and the power goes out. They had power restored thirty-minutes later. The pole is behind our garage. I watched the guy in the bucket fix the problem. It was cool. Dang squirrels. | |

| every time the power gose off in Russell without the help of lightening they blame it on Owls shorting out the transformers | |

| Anything that crosses a transformer, or the lines themselves can be pretty impressive. I saw a big flock of birds suddenly lift off a line once causing it to slap the other line. It looked like Frankensteins lab. | |
