I am wondering if he is considered to be an "American citizen born abroad". I'm looking at my daughters "birth certificate", and it's called, A Consular Report of Birth of a Citizen of the United States of America...
If his mother was an American citizen, and gave birth to him outside of the U.S. then thats what he would have as his birth certificate...
