While assisting someone using a phone card the other day, I noticed a change.
Instead of saying "press one for English" it said "We have changed our menu options. Please listen closely. To add minutes to your card..."
At no time did it encourage a language other than English.
Someone may be listening to the American public.

Some businesses have an entirely different phone number for Spanish now. Sure it wasn't one of those?

Si bien ayudar a alguien usando una tarjeta telefónica el otro día, noté un cambio.
En lugar de decir "una prensa de Inglés" dice que "Hemos cambiado nuestro menú de opciones. Por favor, escuchar con atención. Para añadir minutos a su tarjeta de crédito ..."
En ningún momento fomentar un idioma que no sea Inglés.
Alguien puede estar escuchando al público americano.
