Imminent domain

I guess I have either not been paying attention or this has been kept pretty quiet but I have to say I think this stinks. The city of Hays contniues to bully it's way to get what it wants and has no regard for those who happen to be in the way. But I think that Mr Werth has every right to talk to those elected officials that represent him and the hays mayor should just get over it.
